The Victory Bangkok Hotel

We originally booked Victory Residences Bangkok for December 30–31, 2025, but extended our stay until January 3, 2026. We celebrated New Year’s Eve on the rooftop, and watching the fireworks was the highlight of our stay.The family room was spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful and assisted with our luggage both on arrival and departure. Although the hotel is old, it is well maintained and upgraded with features like smart doors, good bathrooms, and strong air conditioning. Breakfast was average, but overall we had a pleasant and memorable stay.

Location wise-good

Taxis can’t go inside the property since there is a construction going on along the way, and you have to carry your luggage from the corner of the road.Room has no inside slippers, no items like provided toothbrush.

Very close to BTS Victory Monument, 7 Eleven nearby, Century mall, helpful staff, swimming pool on the rooftop, good views. They also served food on the night of the 31st Dec for free which was a nice gesture

We were four people and had two rooms with a connecting door. In this setup, one room has a bathroom with a toilet, and the other room has a small kitchenette.The room furnishings are a bit dated, but everything was very clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly.The hotel is located in a very narrow soi that can only be driven in one direction. Free car parking is available.There is a small breakfast buffet, but you should not expect too much from it. If you are good on foot, you can reach public transportation by walking; otherwise, Grab or Line Man are recommended.The hotel’s location is very central. With an investment of about 50–100 THB, you can easily reach MBK, Chinatown, Lumpini, or Chatuchak by taxi.

In hotel rooms, you can usually turn the lights on and off from the bed. This was not the case here.

One of the rooms we rented smelled of an odor so bad we couldn’t breath.

The location was in an alley that was closed, ordering a Grab was challenging, irritating and completely inconvenient.

The location was good, a mall just next to it, easy to get taxi, quiet place to stay, 711 very close, other shopping places near like 10 to 15 minuits by taxi. Use bolt all know the hotel. Take Note, its a 4star, nothing much with the hotel normal pool, if you just need a place to sleep, don't waste your money, try look for nearer hotels same location.

They will force you to checkout on time, other hotels gives you the flexibility to stay at least some more hours but they put pressure on you to leave else they charge 700 per additional hours of stay.

Guys, that's was awesome. Super friendly stuff, clean room, comfy bed. And view from the rooftop was worth it all.Highly recommended!

Nothing, everything was good.

The property whatever they upload the pictures they are not true really bad condition. Inside smell really bad whatever they’re serving and the money does not worth I’ve been there. But I cannot stay at the same time I come out they say they will refer the money but until now I didn’t receive the money don’t trust them. The hotel are really strong bad smell

The room was good and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also good (except the shower). The hotel staff was really nice and helpful.

In booking.com it was shown as a 4 star hotel and that’s why we booked it but actually on google it’s a 3 star hotel. The shower was also not working properly all the time as it’s either too hot or too cold. The breakfast was not good (it didn’t have a variety and also didn’t taste good as well)

We had a great stay at this hotel in Bangkok. The price is very affordable and perfect for our big family of 5 adults. The bed was clean, soft, and really comfortable to sleep in. The room was spacious enough and the breakfast was good. Location is excellent—very near the BTS train, which makes it easy to get around, plus it’s close to a mall and convenience stores. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the internet is fast. The pool area is also nice and good for swimming. Overall, highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok!

Hotel environment was very calm, quiet and clean. Staffs were very friendly and polite.

Affordable price, near to food and stuff

Street was closed on the other end making our grab drivers having difficulty in finding the other way

The interior is lovely, and I really appreciate the bellman’s excellent attitude.

The front desk service isn’t great. They just look at you when you greet them, without even a smile. They should be more welcoming as they are the face of the hotel.

proximity to skytrain and quietness. Was quiet, nice location BUT..

The road to hotel was one way very narrow, had to climb stairs to reach to the reception, reception itself could benefit from some reorganization of the seating areas and cleaning it, the beds were horrible.

Location and the swimming pool and you can’t get much more affordable then this.
